I have a growing concern my niece has serious hearing problems, and may even be deaf.

This aggravates me. A lot.

Has she been tested?

No, we haven't done any formal tests by a doctor, but she never responded when the dogs would bark, or when I just snapped my fingers right by her ear. I even tried clapping, no reaction.

both my brother and sister are losing their hearing rapidly, its pretty scary. me and my other brother dont have any problem with it, but nobody knows why or how to stop it or if they're going to be completely deaf or what. shit sucks.

my sister is almost 21 and my brother is 13, we found out about it almost 5 years ago.

They do a test in the hospital right after they're born. I'd think if there were any concerns the hospital would've directed your sister to an audiologist. Maybe they screwed up though..who knows. Hopefully she's ok!
