I'm slightly drunk right now, so I'm allowed to have a stupid "this is my life"-post, yeah?
No, I guess I haven't updated a lot. And I don't really have a reason to, considering my life basically consists of jdorama and studying japanese. Seriously, my life is that boring. But if you're bored enough to read this, I guess I'll rant about it anyway. Thanks for reading. :)

Wow, where to begin. I'm currently studying japanese 1, obviously, and I'm having a fucking blast. I know the answer to everything the teacher is asking about, and I'm even the first person to deliver my chapter 4 homework, which is really awesome for me considering I was _far_ behind with my homework the last time I took Jap 1. I do have one lousy "try again" stamp for some really minor buggery, but my tests are mostly arond the 100% mark (between 94 and 100, these also with some minor buggery), so I'm pretty satisfied. I'm also trying out my bad-assery by writing kanji in the simple hiragana tests when it's not necessary at all just to boost my mental points with my teacher (and considering we only have easy-peasy verbs, I'm doing excellent).
I'm pretty damn satisfied with my class, too. There's a couple of the good, old japanese-students from last/last-last year's class (Marius, David, Thomas, Martin, Halvard and Glenn, although the last one might not be all that good... ^^;) a couple of good, old lj-mates (sketchu, spaxu and twissie, a couple of lj-people I kinda know, but who don't really know me (I guess), the guy who fires fireballs in the middle of the class, the guy who I suspect does drugs and has had sex with chinese whores, the daughter of the owner of the chinese place I always dine at (I guess eclipsu knows who I'm talking about), the horror geek who's into the gory, extreme, italian stuff and just basically...just a bunch of pretty amusing guys/geeks. Not as amusing as last years class (I totally miss you guys, seriously. If any of you are reading this, say hi to the other guys!), but still a fucking great bunch of random people who I'm looking forward to getting to know.
I've also managed to get together a slightly large study-group with a bunch of classmates and a bunch of japanese people (some of which I kinda really like, but that's another story), which is pretty damn awesome. Hey, I managed to do stuff, yay me!
Hiatus and geek-life.
No, I haven't updated a lot. No, I haven't commented a lot. No, I haven't been on irc a lot. No, I haven't been around on different forums either. Yes, I guess you could say I'm taking a break from geek-life. I actually haven't seen a single episode of anime in over a month, which is totally not me, considering I've been a pretty hardcore anime-geek since '99-ish. I dunno, I guess I'm just kinda bored with all the usual anime stuff. But in my defense, I'm watching jdorama like there's no tomorrow, at least a couple of episodes a day. I just find it slightly more amusing than anime, and it's more "educating", considering they use more "daily" words in doramas than in animes. Like less "giant robot"-lingo. I don't read as much manga as I did either. I do try to catch up with the Shounen Jump titles (which means One Piece, and some of Naruto), but I've mostly been reading random japanese stuff I bought when I was in Japan. Ironically, I bought 30 english mangas (yeah, they were on sale, obviously) a couple of weeks ago. I haven't touched a single one of them, while I've managed to finish a couple of japanese tankubons. XD
But anyway, thanks for not deleting me off your flist, yo! I really appreciate it. I don't really comment a lot, mainly because it's the same yada-yada over and over again, or just basically because if I can't find anything funny to write, I won't write anything at all. And because of the whole hiatus thing, which I can't really answer for, 'cause I don't understand it myself. Sorry 'bout that. I'm about a month behind on the comments I wanted to reply to, though, but I'll get to that tomorrow. And just because I don't reply doesn't mean I'm not interested in you and your life, so keep me in on your flist, or else you're, like...gay...and stuff... >_>
