Wow that was really deep...i had no idea all that stuff was going on. Then again you never really told me much back in the day, remember the "trusty triangle" hehe my god jeff was funny. Anyway, im really happy youve kinda sorted things out...but youve got nothing to be...um....word?...ah! self-conscious of. Everyone has something(s) about themselves they would give the world (or close to it anyhow) to change. It does screw you up every now and then but you get through it. Anyway ill stop raving. Have fun

you watch oprah? and doctor phil? i think you need to do some serious thinking about that...and resolve to watch better tv, like those grey flecked channels, those are the bomb by comparison.
but its good hear about the fixed you. i mean, most ppl our age are still struggling with the self esteem issue, and now that youve got that under your belt your ahead of the pack. well, that and the happiness issue, but youve got that down too now, so its all good

The Dr Phil quote i remembered from when he was on the late show, he and dave had a thing going there for a while...
And oprah, she's been on tv so long now that you always pick up tidbits here and there... I didn't mean i sought her show out for advice, or even watch the show, like i said its all too deep for me. The number of shows she must have done on weight gain over the years, i just remember her saying "it's never the weight, it's an underlying problem" or something along those lines.
