I was hoping that being back in Ireland would help get me out of this rut I've been in for the past few months. Unfortunately it seems to be having the opposite effect. This is turning into little more then a reminder of how difficult and unpleasant the past 2 years have been (before emigrating). All I would do is get through the day and mark it ( Read more... )

My flight to Vancouver is on the 15th. I am however looking into moving the date closer.

Would it be better in Ireland if Navi was there to spongebathe you, instead of having to do it all yourself?

We love to have you in Vancouver hon. not sure what to say about the homesickness for Ireland - I think I moved a perfect time in my childhood; I don't LONG for Manitoba like my sister does. Or the idea of where we once were, because the place changes once we leave.

I honestly don't blame you for not longing for Manitoba... it's freaking cold here :p (I live here and would love to live elsewhere)

Gavin, that sucks, but Navi is defintely a lucky lady to have you and so are the rest of your friends. :)
