We got our first snowfall of the season yesterday :D I can't wait for Ski Club to start again...
But for everyone who hates winter (gasp), here are some pictures of my senior class trip to Disney World! We left Friday 11/3 and got back on Veteran's Day... it was pretty awesome.
Mary, Nicole and Taylor pretty much right after we got off the plane in Orlando
Mary <3's palm trees.
Stephanie being Stephanie lol
Nicole, Brewster and Taylor on the "Disney MAAAGICAL Express" to the "hotel". I use hotel in quotes because the place was a piece of shit, but hey, it's a school trip. What can you expect?
The maids left this on the bed. Aww!
The giant dalmatian outside one of the parts of the hotel.
Our freakin awesome Fantasia pool.
We got to Disney Friday night. This is Saturday morning; the first park we visited was Animal Kingdom. This is the Mt. Everest ride.
All the peeps (except for me lol) posing in Animal Kingdom.
Zahava is very excited for Animal Kingdom!
A llama at the petting zoo that looked dead D:
OK SO there's this "Dinosaur" ride at Animal Kingdom, yes? Well we went on it, and there's a pre-ride video thing, and OMG HODGES IS IN IT and he TALKS TO YOU for the entire ride! I swear to god me and Kaitlyn and Taylor (we all watch CSI lol) started flipping out when he came on the screen and people were looking at us like "wtf is a hodges??" I didn't get any pictures (D:) but someone was nice enough to put it on youtube:

:D :D :D :D :D
Saturday night, after our "CSI encounter" at Animal Kingdom, we went to Epcot:
Yay giant Epcot golf ball <3
They were selling these giant bouncy ball things and I kinda wanted one :|
That's pretty much all I have from Saturday night... my camera sucks in the dark but we pretty much ate our way through the nations. We got crepes in France, Pocky in Japan and empinadas in Mexico. Sunday morning the chaperones got us up at asscrack o'clock in the morning (5AM!) to go to an "educational" thing at Epcot which was the reason the trip was so cheap. Well it was like having three hours of connectime (BAD!), except we did get to go on Soarin' which was awesomesauce.
Amy trying to avoid being photographed after our "educational experience"
Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney -- this is where we got lunch Sunday. I also bought a little Norrington plastic dude <3 Yea I'm 17. I promise.
SUNDAY NIGHT we went to MAGIC KINGDOM OMG :O
Mary and Nicole are OMG PSYCHED about MAGIC KINGDOMMMM
Me, Mary, Taylor and Steph in front of Cinderella's castle
SHINY CASTLE IS SHINY
Ok that's pretty much all from Sunday, my camera is really bad at dark pictures. There were all these cool fireworks and stuff at Magic Kingdom too :D But we didn't get much time to go on rides so we all pitched a fit and got to go back Monday too!
The Grand Floridian, that's the hotel I usually stay at with my parents
SPACE MOUNTAIN we went on this about ten times lol
Pirates <3 Johnny Depp is in it now! So is Barbossa and Davy Jones! I got a set of pirate Mickey ears :D
Splash Mountain - totally my favorite ride when I was little.
Ah, Thunder Mountain. The ride that launched a thousand in-jokes.
The last park we went to, Monday night, was MGM, except apparently they're calling it Hollywood Studios now? I don't know. It was MGM last time I was here so that's what I called it lol. The first thing we really saw (other than Tower of Terror) was this:
GIANT HARRISON FORD OMG <3
Well the Indiana Jones EPIC STUNT SPECTACULAR (:O) didn't start for like an hour after we got there so we amused ourselves in the nerdiest way possible:
STAR WARS RIDEEEE :B I freakin love Star Wars. I grew up on those movies. R2-D2 is my favorite. Also outside they had this "Jedi Training" thing where they took little kids out of the audience and gave them plastic lightsabers :D And we were listening to it and it was actually really violent XD Oh and I almost bought a stuffed Ewok but I couldn't afford it D: and they didn't have a little plastic Han Solo, woe is meeee.
BUT THEN we saw the Indiana Jones show! And the guy looked a lot like Harrison Ford where we were sitting! So of course Taylor and I promptly began plotting to kidnap him >:D
Moar Indy. Also, I bought a plastic Indiana Jones. He's gonna go on my desk and chill with Jack Sparrow, Jack Bauer and Norrie lol
The airplane scene. And lol, they took the swastikas off and there was absolutely no mention of Nazis never mind the fact that they were very important to the plot of the first movie lol
Tower of Terror! They changed it since the last time I was here, it was a million times better than I remembered.
And finally, the Rockin' Rollercoaster. Some guy randomly gave us free Fastpasses so we got to skip the hour long line. Hurrah!
I miss Disney D: I want to go back. It was joyful and magical :D
