Ken Robin and I need your help, her computer went splat and we were wondering if you could put her hard drive into my old computer tower to see if it can be saved or not, we'd figure out someway to repay you for your efforts, the sooner the better, hope to hear from you soon, thanks

Sure thing, just tell me when you guys are home. As long has the hard drive itself was not the cause of the problem, then I can save it. The last two times I had crashes, it was due to burned out hard drives :(
