Good to know the US isn't the only ones who end up with riots because a minority believes they've been mistreated.
It shows a certain degree of sophistication and restraint for a society to allow them to do this. If this were Sudan, for instance, the government would just let other tribes slaughter their "misbehaving" minority population for them and allow them to take their land.
I said nothing at all about the person who was in custody. That's a question for someone else to answer because there's simply not enough information in the news release you pasted to make a determination on that. Man, why do people keep reading too far into what I write, it must be their own biases against their opposition shining through.
I was simply stating how modern civilized countries permit people to let their anger show through many means, sometimes up to violence, often without any real repercussions, whereas in many uncivilized countries the powers that be would simply have them exterminated as is happening in Darfur right now.
