Hm. I would say that in this case it is directed at one person specifically, even if it *could* apply to all of humanity.

Why? Because while the first seven lines seem to be directed to anyone who has a heart(=soul), the last line is very specifically directed at one person. The pronoun omae (お前) is singular...and it has a plural: omaera (お前ら). So the fact that Taito (I'm assuming this is a Bleach poem, yes?) didn't have the character in question use the plural means the character is likely addressing one specific person.

Do you need a translation, or is that explanation sufficient?

Well the poem belongs to Ulquiorra Cifer (vol 40) and people who don't want to see the small yet significant importance of that last line has interpreted the poem as referring to anything from "it only talks about humanity" "it talks about how he hates the heart" "it talks about how much Orihime & Ichigo have taught him about friendship" "hey is a poem that explains he lusts for friendship" to "this poem explains how Ulquiorra wants/lusts to be Orihime ( ... )
