Reply to Confession

Well I'm going to reply to him tomorrow and sadly I'm going to reject him. Why? Because he's just a friend, though he kindly and shyly confessed in a letter honestly I rather someone ask me out in person, it shows bravery and well as you all know I need some one who is "man" enough for me, but that not the only reason I'm going to say no.
