Warning : The story is an alternative possibility to Season 2 which shows Alec dealing with institutionalized behaviors and what develops into something akin to OCD. There are also occasional references to some of the re-indoctrination techniques used in Manticore and some of the things that Aaron may have experienced during his time with or as a result of his involvement with Project Outcome.

Summary : When Manticore is destroyed just outside Seattle and the Transgenics have to make their own way in the world while staying out of sight of those who want to see them recaptured or dead, X5-494 struggles to cope as he builds a life. He tries to make his life into an undercover mission, but as the compulsion to keep things as he knew them increases life becomes harder to understand and manage. Help comes from an unexpected source.
