I have had a rough few days. I had an awful, awful thing happen last week that I prefer not to talk about right now. Everyone and everything is fine, but it has been haunting me every quiet moment that I get. Sleeping has sucked big time, not even my iPod with rain sounds has been able to drown it out. I guess it will take time
