Update
Just thought I'd update you. I dithered all yesterday evening and all morning, deciding whether to go to the concert. In the end, sense (and the fact that my foot is the size of a football) won out.

Have a doctor seen that?
I fell from a skateboard once and I couldn't walk for two weeks. I could barely stood the touch of the sheets. It was so so painful.

Looks like how my sister's ankle looked after she took a tumble in the streets of Boston a year ago. Not pretty. I hope you at least have some lovely drugs to stave off the pain!

And have some painkillers which help for a little while. The worst bit is getting out of bed for the first time (which I am putting off until later!)
