I finally saw RENT. Happiness. I bought it last nite when I was at Newbury Comics and I just finished watching it. I loved it. Loved. I want the soundtrack now. ^_

I've loved RENT since before it was a movie. I saw it on Broadway. ^^ I haven't even seen the movie, actually.

I too like it when large groups of people break into song. That's why I did drama in middle school and high school.

I wish I could have seen it on Broadway. Although I am somewhat glad I saw the movie first. I have the tendency to see things on Broadway and then see the movie _afterwards_ and end up being very disappointed by the movie. I enjoyed the movie. I just downlaoded like half the soundtrack as well. So I am content for the moment. ^_^

Life CAN be a musical, if you want it to. I personally burst into song when I'm hyped up enough on caffeine and candy.

I thought she was SOO obnoxious. I thought she was going to be like that for the entire movie. I watched it again and I didn't hate it as much. It still is one of my very least favorite scenes but knowing she turns into a better character later helps me to ignore the obnoixious level of that scene I suppose. *shrug* Just my opinion though.

I didn't realy like the protest part either and I also thought about the Roger thing. When he sang the one song glory song. I yelled at the TV u just did.
