So uh yeah i guess this is pretty late but Daddy and i parted ways as a couple on May 1st. It was amicable, we both love eachother but we just don't work, we spent 6 years proving that. We are still extremely close and until i choose otherwise i am still collared just not recieving any new orders. Things are.....weird and painful and scary and

sorry things suck right now but i think you are handling this really well! sometimes "friends" make a better relationship thing... and time will sort all that out for both of you.

Things are just really not good, especially with trying to figure out where the new boundaries are, i still feel extremely responsible for His feelings and i adjust my behavior to support that but that's exactly not the healthy thing to do RIGHT NOW. i'm sure once we figure out how we fit together now as friends i'll be able to move back in emotionally but right now it's a constant case of touching the stove to see if its on, you know? Anyway yeahthings are going to be bad for awhile, i figure i'll just cry off and on for the next calendar year, that should about do me. But through pain comes learning? i guess? right?

geeze, i hate that hurt - when you have to adjust - every human goes through this but damn it just plain stinks.

Reminds me of one of my favorite quotes when 'things' happen:

When you get to the end of all the light you know and it's time to step into the darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing that one of two things shall happen: either you will be given something solid to stand on, or you will be taught how to fly.”

I'm sure that you have heard this quote before - but it is always good to remember during life's changes and things seem a bit muddled.
