Lately ive been feeling really super ugh about my weight, feeling hopeless and just having a lot of really bad "self talk" going through my head. This of course fuels the depression which fuels the tendency to medicate with sugar which fuels both guilt and the depression which equals more weight etc etc. So not good. i'm just feeling super

My advice: I'm not sure what your medications are for, but don't rely on them to make you skinny or happy. Focus on yourself and start enjoying life. Bike, go hiking, spend time outdoors and just be active. You will drop weight just by being outside!
