And Breathe...

Having waited as usual for the bus and standing out at the kerb as always to attract the drivers attention, I saw that a young woman was waiting to come off the bus as I was get on. The driver who did not fail to see either me or the young woman waiting to come off for reasons known only to himself decided to drive straight past me, not ignoring me but instead waving me away dismissively as if it was simply 'too much bother' to stop at the roundabout and pick me up.

I was already having second thoughts about using the service due to the poor regularity of buses and poor customer service recieved frrom drivers the majority or whom are both rude and surly. This drivers arrogance and incompetence however has tipped me over the edge, the constantly deteriorating service your company supplies is providing more stress than the convenience of the journey. Put quite simply I will be taking my custom back to Scotrail who at least have basic manners and a tendency to stop and exchange money for their service every time rather than when it is convenient for them. From a company who cares about their customers I would expect some kind of action and at the very least an apology for what has been another in a long line of dissapointments from a poor service from yourselves however to avoid dissapointment I expect no response simply because I have come to expect that standard from past experience.
