Y'know.
Some girls, at their time of the month, get cramps.
Some get sick.
Some act like utter bitches.
Some get emotional and cry at the drop of a hat, and depressed and stupid and grumpy and sometimes are these things to the point of being rude.
Goddammit, I wish I were in one of those first two categories!

Honestly I get all four randomly. But I never know which one is gonna strike me. Thank God I only have to worry about it every 3 months! You should consider Seasonale birth control pills! It's helped me out so much because I only have to worry about my period/cramps/bloating 4 times a year.
At first you still have PMS symptoms (moodiness) every month like normal but without the bleeding. After about 4 months, you only have to worry about them every three months!

1) Calcium supplements, in whatever form you care to take them.
2) blackberry leaf tea.. no really- go out, pick fresh blackberry leaves (use gloves!) slice them up a bit to get good stuff flowing, and put them in a mug of your favorite tea. There's someting in there that I swear to Goddess Above, helps with the cramps and the aches. It also helps restore a balance in your thinking, if only because you have to stop and drink the tea without getting Blackberry Leaves in your teeth...
