start --> (settings -->) control panel --> Look for regional and language support then go to advanced and change "language for non-unicode program" to korean. If you don't see any korean, go to the "Languages" tab, check on "install files for east asian languages", and then try again.

my computer doesnt understand korean, is there a way to download a language pack? im on firefox
