I went for a run with Nicole today. I am soooo unfit. Not muscle unfit, but cardio-vascular unfit. Ugh. Why is fitness so easy to lose and so hard to regain? Evil. Evil. *shudder

Hey! Guess who? Lol well i guess the username gives it away =P Anyway, it's easier to lose fitness than gaing it cos it's easier to sit around on your butt watching tv/reading/bludging generally than it is to get up and do something that will make you fit! But im sure you already knew that...
