Those bastards said I owe 20c in HECS too! Bastards - I swear I paid the full amount upfront. Maybe its some sort of government rort - 20c time the number of upfront-paying students would be a moderate windfall.

I, on the other hand, don't have to pay 20c. Though to be honest about it my 20c of HECS debt will probably hang over me like a user-pays sword of damocles for the rest of my life.
