Brief catchup -

Mom died 2 hours before I got there on November 3rd - No biggie, I'm 'estranged' - my sister on the other hand, is kinda loosing her mind.

The semester has FLOWN by - will be handing in average grades - oh and to no one's surprise... I have managed to drop Spanish again.

I seem to recall hearing at some point that all Sears homes are on record somewhere. I know there's one in Burton by the fairgrounds. It has a prominent wrought iron S on the chimney.

I assume that from your location to get to Pittsburgh you will be taking I-90 east and then Rt 11 south. I expect you to wave at me as you pass through Trumbull county.

Actually - I have to swing through Akron to get my friend Deborah. It's her parents that we go visit.

As for the Sears homes, do you believe the S on the chimney was an add on, or an original? I've been able to find a site that listed what you could buy, by time period.. but they were all single family homes.

I'm fairly certain the S is for Sears as I know the original family how put the house there and their name started with a G.
