I think taking it away might create a bigger problem. I'd suggest a serous talk and monitoring of the iTouch content. Hopefully the communication channels are open and loving.

Unfortunately, and I don't know if you gathered this or not, but my sister is a single mom, living with my parents. I live 700 miles away, and my father works in New Mexico, so there's no full-time male role model. I don't know if my sister flew off the handle, but somehow, I do get the feeling, by just knowing the nature of a 12y/o boy, that he's not going to share much, and she believes that the communication lines are open, they're probably narrow, but not completely closed. I know her first thought is to take away the iTouch, but I don't know what's going on for sure. I'm due to drive out there in two months, we shall see.
