Reading American Gods right now and am at the part right after the ambush and have run into my favorite line of the whole book.  The main character Shadow is following what I assume is one of Odins ravens into the woods and as a joke Shadow says to the raven "hey, say 'nevermore'

to which the raven turns and replys "fuck you"
