Ginny Weasley found herself in a bit of a thought dilemma. As she leaned against the counter, elbows resting on its top, in the small coffee shop that she had recently started working at, she had time to think. The morning crowd had just passed through and there was the customary lull that always happened to follow it until just before lunch.
She wasn't normally one for just stopping to think. She actually hated doing that. She would often busy herself with small meaningless tasks that passed time quickly. But now, she couldn't quite pull herself to do it. She found herself thinking on her unusual relationship with one Draco Malfoy and one Blaise Zabini. Ginny had never been sure on how it happened. She was almost positive no one knew how it had happened. Not that she would ever complain about it. They were, after all, two of the hottest(or sexiest as she preferred) males in all of the Wizarding World. Then again she was quite biased.
If she had to guess it had happened in her sixth year, Christmas break to be exact. The two had accompanied her to Grimmauld place after requesting Order help. While at first the two had done nothing but pester and annoy her, they had slowly calmed down and the three actually grew close. They actually managed to stay close through out the remainder of the school term. They again returned during the summer, during the war, and that's when she had to say the actual relationship started. The two males were already engrossed in a relationship with each other and brought the red head in with welcoming arms.
Ginny was broken out of her reverie by the dinging of the small bell at the door and then the cool rush of air, that could only mean customers. Plastering a smile on her face, she looked up to greet the customers but stopped recognizing the two easily. "Draco! Blaise! What in Merlin's name are you doing here?" She asked.
Draco smiled at her, messing with the loose collar of the turtleneck sweater he was wearing[think Jonathon Rhys Meyers, August Rush]. He rubbed his hands against his pink tinged cheeks to generate some warmth. "Are we not allowed to stop and see our favorite redhead?" He questioned teasingly as he watched her.
Blaise unfurled the scarf that had been wound around his neck and covered his lower face. His violet eyes sparkled with amusement as he watched the shocked redhead behind the counter. "If we're not welcome, we can just..." He left it hanging indicating the door.
Ginny shook her head quickly. "No. No. I'm just shocked to see you here," she stated with a smile. "Do you two want anything?" She asked, noticing the manager hovering around to her right. She arched an eyebrow at the males.
Draco made a slow motion of licking his lips as he looked her over, his silver eyes darkening considerably as he thought about what he wanted. There was no mistaking the lust in his eyes or voice as he spoke. "I don't suppose I could have you?"
Blaise elbowed his companion in the gut. "Two coffees'll do, Gin," he stated as he wrapped his hand around Draco's right bicep pulling him towards a table and pushing him lightly into one of the chairs, clucking his tongue.
Ginny made the two coffees just how she knew they liked them and grabbed two pastries setting them onto a plate. "I'm taking my break, Joe," she called to the manager as she made her way towards the two males with a slight smile.
Draco took the coffee into his hands, inhaling deeply. "Thanks, Red," he murmured softly as he took a long drink of it. His hand closed over hers on top of the table as he offered her a genuine smile, one that was reserved for her and Blaise alone.
Blaise smiled watching the two interact as he took a drink of his coffee, grinning in satisfaction. His hand slid over both of theirs, squeezing them softly. "So, Gin, what have you been up to? This place looks a bit empty."
Ginny gave him a mysterious smile, waving her free hand airily. "Oh, you know, just some thinking."
I'm not to happy with the ending but it'll have to do.
