My Uncle Red passed away on Wednesday after a battle with prostate cancer. This was'nt his first battle with cancer. And this time it had spread into his bones. For quite some time I'd been trying to convince Beau that we had room in our home for a third dog. Had a fun weekend. Friday night Beau and I went to Old Norcross. Had dinner at the restaurant inside the old train depot. Traditional Southern cooking, and oh-my-gawd was it delicious! Beau and I have watched a LOT of horror movies lately. Beau had never seen the Evil Dead trilogy, so we watched all of them. Goofy, bloody fun! Went to see Zombieland last week and it was the funniest zombie movie I've seen since Shawn Of The Dead! Really sick and really FUNNY! Loved every second of it and the celebrity cameo was priceless. I was incredibly shocked and saddened to hear that my friend Joe Christ had passed away last Sunday evening. Apparently he had a heart attack and died in his sleep. He had just turned 52.
