All I've had to eat in 3 days was a sub yesterday after I forced it down. Why the hell am I not hungry? :(

I haven't been hungry the past few days either. My stomach hurts a lot as well which I think is what's making me not want to eat... but quite possibly caused from not eating. I'm screwed.
