Right, well, humor me here for a sec. I've come up with a couple theories for this place. One being it could be an experimental way of living--Y'know how you've got some people wanting to support life on other planets? There's some who try and do that with the sea and stuff. Maybe this place is trying to find a way to support life underwater and that diver dude brought down a termination letter for that hypothetical experiment.

Ah, but if this were a sort of bio-dome, there'd be a lot more monitoring. Can't run a proper scientific experiment without the monitoring. And yet, look at this place. The radios are just about the most advanced thing they've got. Which doesn't exactly jive, but still.

Apparently someone stole some documents a few months ago. Important ones. The details are vague, but we're test subjects. And before you ask, I don't know the name of the guy who stole 'em.
