Put eyeliner on the inner line of your eyes (not liquid, that can sting) Try applying a light shadow over your whole lid, then darker shadow in the crease of your eyelid, lots of mascara.
Basically, I suggest sitting infront of a mirror with loads of makeup and experimenting to find cool looks and what suits you.
Glitter or shimmer looks great if you apply it smeared on both or either ends of your eyes!
