Transmet is so gloriously strange. How many other main characters would suddenly decide to dress up as prophets and wander down to that place where all the Messiahs congregate to engage in some random debunking and destruction? How many other main characters are armed only with an illegal but untraceable bowel disruptor? How many other household appliances are hopeless drug addicts who produce really cool sunglasses?
If the CA version of the DMV has its shit together, you may find that your over21!license arrives two weeks after your exam, and that for two weeks you will drive about with a printout of your test and your permit (assuming, of course, that CA does things the way that NY does). If they haven't (which I suspect), you may get your under21!license three days before your over21!license arrives.
I assume that I'm not going to get my license in the mail until after I turn 21. The big worry is that because it will be processed before that happens, I'll have to pay for a new one.
