*The warlock blows a huge amount of cobwebs and dust of his live journal*
Well seeing as we’re getting near the halfway mark for January I guess I’d better scrawl something in here so that people don’t thing that I been sucked up by the vacuum cleaner or even vanquished by teddy’s beloved Phoebe.
As I’ve seen other people do this and I can’t be bothered to think too much today, I’ll just steal their ideas. Here’s what I received for Christmas:
Coal : one lump of.
Hummp. Perhaps I should have stolen the other people’s presents as well as their ideas. Funny thing happened to the coal. Teddy painted it sort of brownish hoping that I would think that it was a potato and slat it in the microwave to nuke it. I’m actually starting to get curious as to what would have happened myself and may eventually try it.
As I mentioned I spent Christmas at my parents. Whilst there my father was remising about is father (obviously my grandfather). I never really knew him that well, as he passed away when I was still fairly young. I remember that he was quite absent minded. I recall one time when he was offering me some advice. He took me aside and left me there. I also seem to remember that he had three pairs of glasses. Thinking that this was an excessive amount and asked him once why he had so many pairs. He explained that one pair was for short sightedness, one pair was for long sightedness and the third pair was to look for the other two.
AS much as I like spending time with my parents I was glad to get back home. Upon arriving back teddy informed me that the clock had fallen off the wall as he had just walked past it and narrowly avoided squashing him. Darn, that clock’s always been slow.
New Year’s didn’t go too well for me either. There was a slight misunderstanding over the fancy dress Ken and Barbie party. I went as Klaus Barbie.
Things didn’t improve when I had to go back to work either. I put a shirt on and a button came off. I picked up my briefcase and the handle fell off. I was too scared to go to the bathroom.
Well, that just about brings you up to date.
BTW, I don’t know if I’ve mention my car and the problems that I have with it. For a while cornering was a problem but I have since devised a way to address this situation. Still if anyone out there would like to buy this erm…unique little motor vehicle I can be tempted to part with her..
