I'm having my first dinner party, this Friday, since I've moved into my new house two years ago. I may be going overboard with the menu. But seven hungry fags should be able to finish it off. Oooh. Good idea. My ex used to do the quick Chocolate Mousse thing, too... His recipe was out of the New Basics Cookbook.

no matter how much port you drown the brussel sprouts in, they are still icky

How does one make a chaimpaign and cheese cocktail? Is there a specific glass for that?
