I have the first two episodes of this and i'm going to watch them. After True Blood. Of course.

But yeah, i'm strangely enjoying new HanaKimi. This is weird. I've remembered i never really liked Mizuki's character (the whole explanation for her coming to the school etc etc was never the strongest thing) but she does interact well with Aoi's Sano. And he looks waaaaay more like a schoolkid than Shun ever did lol.

I am also seriously digging Kiriyama's Nanba. He's got Hiro's vibe (same character i suppose lol). AND I LOVE SAITO TAKUMI NO MATTER WHAT HE SAYS/DOES.

Sano took some time to grow on me, but he managed to win me over when he started lurking around Mizuki's laundry WITH GREAT SUSPICION. XD I love Maeda's Mizuki! And I can already tell the triangle will break my heart YET AGAIN.

Strangely, I find myself really loving the new Oscar. He was just kinda there in the original? BUT THE NEW ONE IS HOT.

I'm suddenly glad that there are entirely too many Jdramas (+1 Kdrama) for me to be occupied with, because for some reason I am tempted by unrepentant crack and lack of plot. Then again, your picspams have enough hilarity for my drama fix, so I can have slightly more time for other things.

On another note, what are your thoughts on the 1st episode of Ouran Live-Action?

Haven't seen it yet! I'm thankful it's only a half-hour drama, though. I know it means less Ouran goodness in the long run, but maybe now we can actually fit it in our insane schedules this season. XD

I was looking forward to you posting on the second two eps! Its such a great drama isnt it? I am super excited for ep 5 next week.
I really like Choi Ryo aka sexy north korean spy guy. He's hot and he's got that silent upright thing going its such a shame he's a north korean though, nothing good can come of that. i mean i can see myung wol and kang woo getting a happy ending but everybody else? maybe not. we'll see though. I will say i love how badass myung wol is and how grossed out she was by saying oppa. kang woo's utter shutdown after she said oppa was so lulzy. girl just be yourself he'll totes fall in love! i think the drama is gonna go actress/choi ryu and while i dont totally hate it i think i'd prefer a sexy triangle between him, kang woo and myung wol. but i dont see that happening since i dont see ryu not being repressed and expressing his feelings anytime soon.

I've been wondering about that, actually. A happy ending. I know it's a ridiculous cracky romcom and it probably won't end in doom and donated organs... and yet... she's NORTH KOREAN. How is this supposed to work out long-term?

Ryu gets hotter with every ep. I just love his face. Especially when he sees MW in sexy dresses and has NO IDEA WHAT TO DO.

OMG SAME. I actually HATE the thought of Ryu and secondary girl. She irritates the fuck out of me. Give me a sexy angsty triangle full of repression and unspoken longing ANY DAY.

firstly, YAY LJ IS BACK. aren't you so glad?

and Yes I usually give alot of leeway for female characters but In ah is just so fucking obnoxious, she's such a basic bitch instead of being fierce or an HBIC. Cause normally i love girls that are a little mean and hard but she's just a spoiled vapid child. I dont wish her on anyone, even north korean agents!
I love a well done triangle, its sad how rare it is to find a really compelling love triangle. The last love triangle that really worked for me was the one in sungkyunkwan scandal and IMO it doesnt even really count since the lead girl only had feelings for one of the guys.

Btw have you seen eps 5 and 6 yet? I'd love to hear your thoughts!
