DarkSmurf is doing sofsubs but they are taking a while. One or two Big Bang fandoms are hardsubbing them but you have to be a member in the forums or summat to be able to dl. They are also available @ YT. Go to the What's Up Soompi thread for links to those as they are 'hidden' and won't come up on search.
