WHYYYYYY? WHY DOES HE HAVE TO DIE? MAYBE IT ISN'T HIM. MAYBE THEY'RE JUST FAKING US OUT. MAYBE HE ISN'T IN THE MONTAGE BECAUSE HE'S DRUNK AND PANTLESS ON A SHEEP FARM SOMEWHERE AND THEN WE'LL ALL HAVE A HEARTY LAUGH BECAUSE HE HASN'T DIED FROM SOME HORRIBLE NOSEBLEED DISEASE. ;______;

I think I've heard of that movie, but I didn't know it had a scandalous teacher/student romance. Interesting.

BUT I'M ALREADY WATCHING THE LYING GAME. I DON'T KNOW IF MY EGO CAN BEAR THE SHAME OF TWO TERRIBLE ABC SHOWS AT ONCE.

Yeeeah... I have to admit The Lying Game is starting to lose me. Have you seen the last few eps? I can't even keep track of who's bitching and backstabbing and body-doubling anymore. The pleasure is going out of my guilty pleasure.

I've been shipping TH/JH since, oh episode three. But, I know there is angst ahead and that makes me so sad. :(

I think SW is going to die and that makes me a bit sadder.

I've actually been looking forward to the TH/JH stuff because I'm a sick sick masochist, but somehow THE DEATH completely slipped my mind and so my reaction to the nosebleed was a gigantic horrified face. WHY SUN WOO? WHY?

TH/JH's story is really getting good. I look forward to the angst. SW has to die for narrative reasons, I guess. . .

Weeelll... I'm not that far yet (scrolled past most of the spoilery stuff) as I've been catching up on few of the other dramas on my rote first but didn't they, like hint this right in the 1st epi? At least I was sure someone is going to die and as all the young 'uns were accounted for in the lead in, it had to be someone else. Someone who matters, so.... who's left?

Gah, I bet I'm going to be sorry for watching both Padam, Padam and this one in rote. And if I add MoonSun too.... With my luck even my designated fluff will turn angsty any day now. Guess I better get my hankies ready then.....

RIGHT? Same here, exact same. I've been dying for the whole oops-I-killed-your-father thing to play out but it was with the implicit understanding that there would be angst and then reconciliation. I THOUGHT THIS WAS A RELATIVELY HAPPY DRAMA ABOUT MUSIC AND FRIENDSHIP AND ACCIDENTAL MANSLAUGHTER. WHY IS DISEASE SNEAKING IN?

HE HAS ONLY JUST STARTED WASHING HIS HAIR

OH GOD. THEY ONLY DID IT SO IT WOULD HURT MORE. THEY WASHED HIS HAIR AND TURNED HIM ONTO EVIAN SO HIS DEATH WOULD BE THAT MUCH MORE TRAGIC. HE REALLY IS DOOMED.

UFF, PRECISELY. i have to admit, i was surprised to find myself not as emotionally invested in jae hun/tae hee as i'd been expecting, but doori/sun-man? i went from 'age diff is pretty significant and it was turned on pretty sudden so they'll just play it as a crush but i can still have fun shipping' to 'I WANT THEM TO BE TOGETHER FOREVER AND I CAN ACTUALLY SEE IT HAPPENING????' and and and and and oh man seok the most beautiful talented smelly ahjusshi :(((

yno what i fucking love about this show (amongst yno everything else) is how the main characters're all set up as either honest and thus brave, or cowardly in a way that undermines real talent, and thus forces them into being brave. i'm just so used to kdrama cliches in terms of character and behaviour (OF COURSE THE ONE CLICHE THEY PICK WOULD BE NOSEBLEED + EMOTIONAL RECOVERY = IMMINENT DEMISE), it keeps surprising me that, like, jae hun doesn't do the noble idiot thing for dosung, and yet calls him out for not being brave enough to confess. and doori's thing with sun-man can be ( ... )

What kills me is how compatible they are, I mean really compatible, even despite the age difference/social difference/lopsided amounts of experience. They just click, you know? I love that. And I really hope he doesn't die. I know it's practically a rule with kdrama nosebleeds, but... gah. MAYBE IT'S ALL A RUSE. Maybe the screenwriter knows exactly what we'll assume so she just threw that in to toy with us.

it keeps surprising me that, like, jae hun doesn't do the noble idiot thing for dosung, and yet calls him out for not being brave enough to confess.

I loved this, especially since I've been shouting the same thing at my screen for ages. Not that I want Dosung to be successful (and that sounds terrible I'M SORRY DOSUNG I LOVE YOU AND WOULD FORNICATE WITH YOU AT YOUR CONVENIENCE) but after so many unrequited secondary guys in kdramas I get tired of watching them pine. Especially when they're supposed to be secret internet rock gods. Dude, if you can't confess to a girl then I'm pretty sure you can't take us all to the ( ... )
