WHY DO I FEEL A NEED TO WATCH THIS AND SEE EMI IN ALL DELICIOUS EVIL GLORY
Btw, are they real sisters in the story? (Just because there doesn't seem to be anyone else to match them in the review and I am starting to wonder if the drama OTP will be the two sisters?)
They are! Sisters, I mean. I wish they could be OTP. Have you ever noticed that while we've had sibling love and even gay sibling love, it's never ever ever between girls?
OMG.. wolf, after you pointed this out, i racked my brains trying to think of one. there is NONE. why does this not exist??? i demand a female siblings love theme at SOME point to even up.
RIGHT? Isn't that crazy? I can't even think of any non-Asian examples, but surely they exist somewhere. I'm tempted to google except I'm a little worried about what kind of results would pop for up "lesbian siblings" and the like.
Ahahaha, I watched the first episode, and I swear, one of the first things I thought of afterwards was "Wolfie is going to love this." :) Though I think my reasoning was purely due to the fact that Takei Emi was there. It's interesting, actually, there's Emi and Fukuda Saki and Gouriki Ayame, who seem to be in dramas together a lot, now that I think about them. They seem to be something like the new hot actresses at the moment. Oh well, I love them!
There is something that I was wondering. Are they actually sisters, or are they just doppelgängers? Because the Mother character at the cabaret was writing about that, so I assumed that was the theme.
I'm so easy. Give me awesome ladies and I'm there, regardless of things like... well... quality.

OMG YES. THIS BLEW MY MIND. Not only are Emi and Ayame together for, like, the third drama, but it was really strange seeing Ayame and Saki as rivals after they were just OTP. Have Emi and Saki been together before this too?
They're actually sisters, btw. Twins. The grandfather reveals as much in the second episode, which is actually what gets Satsuki started on her revenge rampage - she gets pissed that she was "thrown away" whereas Mako was raised in the lap of luxury. There's actually a really awesome scene in ep 4 where she confronts Mako about it - there's been a series of misunderstandings between them, hahaha, I NEVER SAW IT COMING IN A JDRAMA - but anyway Satsuki looks right at Mako and smirks and basically says I'm not giving your life back. I won't return yourself to youIT WAS GREAT

I'm honestly not that much of a Takei Emi fan. I know she's the "it-girl" right now but she never drew me in. But I have to say I'm loving this dorama and Emi is really good. My senses though are telling me this story will have a tragic ending for everyone involved. I would love to know more about the reasons why Satsuki was abandoned and what's with the tattoo? Have you watched Maki in Ume-chan sensei, it's so adorable and cute.
Have you seen Asuko March? That's where I fell in love with her. I'm afraid my biases are carrying right on over to Satsuki, making me adore her even as she goes crazy. XD I like Mako too, but not in the same way that I love Satsuki and would cackle gleefully as she burned down houses.

Yeeeeep. Satsuki said it herself, there can't be two heirs to the Watsuji fortune...
Yeah, I didn't watch it all the way but Asuko was cute. I think it was based on a manga and in the manga there is no OTP the girl has all of the boys like a harem
Ume isn't subbed yet, I think someone is interested but so far no subs. I watch them raw, it's cute and easy to follow.
