Supposedly dreams in which your teeth fall out are indicative of certain difficulties communicating what you're feeling in waking life. Or poor dental hygiene, that's a possibility too. If the dentist won't help you, maybe see if there are any areas of your life where you're having trouble telling people what you want or what's on your mind.
I used to have that dream all the time. Still do, from time to time. Can't tell you how many times I've dreamed that I'm spitting crumbling, fractured teeth into my cupped hands.
Ya ya, I've heard this to, the teeth thing is supposed to be about feeling you can't speak up or say what you want to. Poor gal, your teeth looked fine on friday night tho!
