so the car is finally fixed and working - entire story - we found out that a locksmith can replace the ignition cylinder: called and made an appt for saturday. no call, no show. called the locksmith - they put us on call for sunday - didn't hear anything again. i call, make an appt for 12 monday. 1pm monday i'm pissed, i call and cancel and
