So.. things are finally happening, and I'm nearly bouncing as I write this. Steve and I will be looking for a place to call our own in a few weeks. We're looking for someplace near the NY/NJ border, preferably between both our jobs (he works in Elmsford,NY, and I work in Paramus, NJ), and semi-close to NYRF (duh), that's pet-friendly, since

have Steve talk to Geof since I believe one of the houses along the row where he is in Orangeburg might be available. Never hurts to ask at least and I know they are pet friendly. Also when it comes time to move, I'll gladly lend you use of my truck to move some of the larger items.

There are a ton of apartments, condos, etc. in the Rockland area, I can put you in touch with some of my friends if you are looking for a place in that vicinity (Exit 14 on the Thruway), I'd be more than happy to give you the names of some people and recommend or dissuade from some places in the area. If you want to donate and get a tax write off I'd be more than happy to take stuff of your hands for the shelter or domestic violence shelter I'm associated with, as well. P.S. The chair you gave me is horrifically comfortable and I curl up in it like every other day to read ^.^ If you guys want any help with the actual move, I'm more than happy to chip in, as I'm sure everyone else is ^.^
