Yes, I am very very happy for you, packmate :) I miss you, but I know the UK is a kinder place right now, and I think that's best for you and Damon to grow. Plans here haven't changed. *snugs*
Trust me, when you wake up on the day you turn 30, its just another morning. Its more of a gradual realization vs. a night/day difference. Physically I feel pretty much the same as when I was 25, but I definitely think about and see things a bit differently.
Hey, don't feel too bad about hitting 30; I hit 40 in 2.5 months. [GASP]
Getting checked early and often is a good idea. Virtually all things that are bad are curable/easily treatable if caught early. I think of going to the doctor and dentist as preventative maintenance.
On an unrelated topic, we really should go diving soon. It's been WAY too long.
True, but I think BP is something that varies widely throughout the day. Yeah, 140/74 is a little high, but still within the norm. Your still healthy :)
