I usually don't get too complicated with grilling.  Too impatient, just wanna eat!
But I keep hearing how folks like to smoke meats in Weber grills, so I figure I'd give it a go with a rack of spare ribs.
I have a tendency to poke at things, so hopefully I can keep my paws off it for the 6 hrs its supposed to smoke!

If I wasn't so buried in work today I would go grab a cheesecake and head down there to "help out." ;-)

Oh well, guess we'll just have to settle for lunch or dinner sometime soon. I'm starting a new job in San Jose in a week so it will be more convenient to do that from now on. :-D

They were quite good overall, though I think I left them on too long. They had a wonderfully rich smokey taste, but had gone a bit dry. *shrugs* I might give it another try next week.

Man, I usually don't do anything too fancy with such things myself, except for marinating... I hope they turned out really well!
