Computer Issues. Again. Help?

This is driving me nuts. I dunno what's happened but all of the sudden my anti-virus program, Windows Life One Care, is constantly turning its own automatic update off and telling me to turn it on. I turn it on and a few minutes later it tells me to turn it on again. I dunno what the hell its doing

Okay, I just had a trojan on my pc it caused a lot of shit. A specific one can download other trojans and open a backdoor for hackers to enter and steal data.

This link helped me out, I followed all the steps and disinfected my pc. It may help you out!
