I just had corned beef and cabbage for the first time.

OMG.

Delicious.

On another note for the day, we went to the beach! I got a little tanner in the process and have a tiny tiny bit o' sunburn on my cheeks to show for it.

Yeah, it can be good if done correctly. A lot of people don't like it because they try a poorly done version and then never try it done right.
