Clearly, you agree with me that Kaoru simply must be the subject and main character in innumerable stories of angst and guilt. Clearly. I liked the details about the hospital (made everything more real), and I especially liked There was no reason to his path. No logical explanation. Only open road and speed. That's a great line, right there.

Thank you for the kind words. ^^ I thought this story fit Kaoru much better than Hikaru. Mostly because we don't see Kaoru being hotheaded too often, but the potential is there.
