Relationship post! I'll usually put a character up here after Riku's had two or three good conversations with them just so I can get a feel of how Riku would perceive that character. Please feel free to let me know if you want your character to be up here. c:

axel combustingly [♡♡♡]
Axel, Axel, Axel. This guy is unlike anyone Riku's ever met before. He's met crazy psychopaths, gangsters with guns, and even a kid with a duck fetish- but he's never seen or heard of anyone else with a demeanor like Axel's. Riku's teased by Axel on a daily basis for reasons unknown, and quite frankly, it's... annoying, in a subtle way. But even so, Axel's nothing Riku can't handle; after rooming with him for countless days at Estrasia, he's gotten used to Axel's crazy antics. In fact, he's actually seen Axel's good side before; turns out the guy's not as silly as Riku took him for. It's evident to Riku that Axel does in fact care about others- though he expresses it in... weird ways- and because of that, the two seemed to have established some kind of odd friendship.
namine doujinwave [♡♡♡]
Namine's a real sweetheart, and that's what Riku likes about her. Although the two haven't spoken too much, he has a nice impression of her. He sees her as a timid girl with bright ideas and a good heart. Their brief history together is a nice bonus; she's the only person who ever drew a picture of him, for him. And that's unforgettable. Oh, and Namine's probably one of the only people in Estrasia who's keeping his sanity.
demyx ninth_octave [♡♡]
Hello, Duck Boy. Riku and Demyx have an interesting background indeed. Riku being the big bully he is used to make fun of Demyx in elementary school, and gave Demyx the nickname "Duck Boy" for various reasons. But now that they've grown up, Riku sees Demyx as more of a friend rather than an emotional victim. He hasn't dropped the nickname however, but he uses it in a more affectionate way rather than in a degrading manner. Needless to say, Riku knows Demyx is and always was a good guy, and Riku respects him for that.
oerba yun fang ninth_octave [♡]
She's one of Riku's instructors, and she's also one of his favorites. No, not because of her looks, but because she isn't unapproachable like a lot of other teachers are. Fang actually talks to her students a lot compared to some of the other teachers on campus. She also seems to care about her students' learning, if not for their personal lives as well without being unprofessional.
zexion fightswithwords [♡]
Okay, so maybe Riku's first impression of Zexion wasn't all that great. But the more that they talk, the more Riku realizes that Zexion's not that bad. They have a love-hate relationship that can be defined as a battle of wits. But Zexion's never done any harm, he's just. Rained on Riku's crumbled parade a few times, is all. But Axel doesn't seem to mind Zexion, so he can't be that bad, right?

Riku's barely spoken to Valerie- twice max. But the two have interacted fairly decently, and he harbors no feelings of dislike towards her. He thinks she's okay, and that she seems to be one of the sane people at Estrasia. The two have only made small talk so far, but Riku wouldn't mind holding a nice long conversation with her.
