Lack of Venom. Some things missing there that would have made it greater. The Venom part was basically add on encouraged by the fans just like Darth Vader at the end of Episode III. I guess we should all thank Raimi for giving us some Venom action instead of closing at the bell tower transformation.
Although it was handled well, despite things missing.
Yeah, the villains felt a little rushed, and the character depth (specifically in Marko and Harry) felt a little forced, what with the moral conflict and whatnot.
And really, what the hell is with them either offing or writing out all of Spiderman's rogues? First Norman bites it, then Doc Ock has a change of heart (again with the conscience episodes) and sacrifices himself, now Brock is gone and Marko has gone straight....is there ever gonna be a Sinister Six?
But really...a Peter Parker pelvic thrust scene and him telling Ursula to make him some cookies won me over. Plus the dance scene in the jazz club was nothing short of pimp.
Dark parker (I refuse to call him emo) was my absolute favorite part (s). Half funny/ half serious, totally worked.
Brock may not be gone. There's still some symbiote left. As well as hope since they already announced 4.
Harry already had been built up, that whole thing worked well, Sandman was ok, just a few certain lines from venom and a slobbery tongue and I'd be satisfied.
