I have just made cheese, onion and sage damper. It is nice. Very nice.
I now sit here with a content stomach feeling smug.

Damper damper. Although I still maintain that it's not real damper unless it's cooked in the coals of a campfire for hours.

Damper is an Australian bread-like loaf, traditionally cooked on a camp fire.

Except thtat I can't eat any because I'm on a bloody detox. Grrr! *Pout* It looks and smells delicious though, well done. :-)
