On your recommendation, I just have read up on it. Interesting. It was the use of the phrase by Bush Sr. that I recall finding somewhat chilling at the time. It does have an interesting history. Thanks for the heads up.

I always got the impression he was trying to piggyback on its history. It's certainly been on the back of dollar bills for decades - part of the great seal, which has always been a boon to conspiracy theorists.
