Another silly thing... *shrugs* A friend once told me he had an issue with food, that is similar to mine... you feel like ou need to eat everything you can because you won't get to eat again later. It's a silly feeling but it exists...SO whatever... Deal with it right?That's not silly. It's natural. For a long time humans had very long hard work days, intense labor, that sort of stuff. We naturally consumed LOTS of food to make lots of energy. Our bodies once got a good portion of the vitamins it needed from food, and now because we eat less (because we need less) and the properties of some our food has changed we don't get as many vitamins. Now you can NOT eat enough to give your body all the vitamins it needs. A lot of people who over eat are hungry, but their bodies are for something besides the filling sensation of a full stomach, their body craves the vita men
