I know it sounds really disgusting, but boil the meat, browning it adds at least a little grease, which her sensitive tummy might not be able to handle. Your vet should also have Hill's I/D or Royal Canin Intestinal HE, both of with are very mild and easily digested foods. Either way, once you are feeding her, make it very small, (like even just a couple of tablespoons), frequent meals and only return her to her regular food very gradually (3/4 "tummy food" to 1/4 regular for a couple of days, then 1/2 and 1/2, 3/4 and 1/4). We are all worried about our little Luna!
She had some almost solid poo this morning...looks like she is slowly getting better. She is pretty well hydrated. Still peeing on her regular schedule. I gave her some of her regular food in water and I think she may have just eaten it too fast last night.
Im heading into work for two hours then coming home to check on her again.
Probably about now. It sounds to me as if there is more involved than the wet food, and if you have been giving her the pepto since we spoke to (apparently) no effect, she should be seen. How is her hydration? A little lady like her can dehydrate pretty fast.

Try some browned meat and white rice if she's not feeling better; for some reason, that settles dog stomachs. *shrug*
Hope EVERYONE feels better. ;)
