been close to a month, and I've only had one cigarette, been craving a drink a bit, not getting drunk or any of that crap, but a drink, like a beer and some snacks at a restaurant or something close to the oldschool

I don't smoke or drink, but i'm sure that is a pretty hard thing to cut off all the way. Though after this mornings horrifying experience I felt like I needed to do something along those lines to alleviate my brain waves
